WestFest Session IPA is a special beer, brewed for our Honky Tonk festival (also called WestFest). It’s brewed with ‘Deep Cut’ Cascade, which is a late-stage harvest variant of the classic hop. Harvesting the hop later than normal produces some incredible flavors + aromas like candied Mandarin, grapefruit, and pine.
