Something in the Hills Film Fest Pre-show
We’ll have a special showing of Never Be a Punching Bag for Nobody, a 1-hour-and-4-minute documentary directed, written, and photographed by Naomi Yang of the indie rock duo Damon & Naomi (and formerly Galaxie 500), released in 2023. The film explores an East Boston boxing gym near Logan Airport and weaves together personal and local histories of resistance.
The film will start around 7pm and Naomi will be doing a Q&A after.
Oktoberfest Preparty
We love Oktoberfest here at Return. So much in fact that we are throwing a Preparty to get us all warmed up for one of our favorite drinking seasons.

Emo Night Karaoke is headlining RETURN BREWING in Hudson on Saturday 11/7 featuring you on lead vocals!
The band features seasoned professional musicians who play warped tour & when we were young festival and are in real touring bands. We’ll be playing your favorite songs from back in the day, live on stage with YOU as the lead singer!
With a setlist of 100+ pop punk and emo songs, full concert production, and visuals, this is a can't-miss event. Song sign-ups are first come, first served at the show, with lyrics scrolling on multiple TVs, and the band will even help with backup vocals if needed. We’re bringing back some stand up comedy to the taproom with Next Stop. They always bring out hilarious, up and coming comics who never disappoint. They will release the lineup closer to the date, but grab a ticket now!
Joann Sifo Live at the outpost
We are so happy to welcome back Joann Sifo to our taproom for an afternoon of her incredible, award winning music. Saturday, Sept. 19th at 3pm!
From the beginning, JoAnn Sifo has helped to shape the Dyer Switch Band's sound and style. She contributes with her songwriting; her strong, steady rhythm guitar & mandolin playing; and a versatile voice that has been described as "a coal dust gritty alto" and a "dusky drawl” whether as lead or harmony. Widely regarded as one of the top female bluegrass players in the Northeast, JoAnn has also played with other bluegrass bands and musicians, both locally and nationally.
Overall JoAnn has made significant contributions to the bluegrass community through her work with Dyer Switch and other projects. Her introduction to the genre was a performance see saw by legendary mandolinist and "Father of Bluegrass", Bill Monroe.

We’re gearing up for “the World’s Football Tournament” - ya know the one that’s every 4 years?? Argentina won the last one (men’s teams, the women’s tournament is next year and we’ll be showing that too!)
The tournament kicks off Thursday, June 11th and we’ll be showing as many matches as we can on our projector, during taproom open hours.
NBA FINALS WATCH PARTY
We’ll be showing game 1 of the NBA Finals on our projector with sound. We will be showing EVERY GAME so come through for the full series.

Rip Van Winkle Brew & Beverage Fest
The Fortnightly Club of Catskill will be hosting its 19th Annual Rip Van Winkle Wine, Brew & Beverage Festival on May 9th, from 11:30 am to 5:00 pm at the Historic Catskill Point, 1 Main Street Catskill, located right on the Hudson River.
Tickets can be purchased at the door for $25 or online through the Fortnightly Club of Catskills Website.
Patrons will enjoy wine, craft beers, distilled beverages, cheeses, shopping for craft goods, food and live music entertainment throughout the day.
The Fortnightly Club of Catskill is a non-for profit organization. All proceeds stay in the Catskill community to help build and maintain handicapped accessible playgrounds and recreation areas for children and adults. This event will be held rain or shine.
