Return is a multifaceted brewing project that seeks to create accessible, traditional “Tavern” style beers alongside an extensive line of exploratory concepts. “Garden” beers make up their second line—these beers feature ingredients from the Hudson Valley and are set in a place and time. The third line is “Archive” releases, which are blended from a library of barrel-aged beers.
The guiding principle for all their beers follows the motto: Beer to Return to again and again. That is, highly repeatable, balanced, delicious beers.
Return sources ingredients with care and intention—each beer has featured ingredients, which are often hyper-locally sourced, foraged, or direct-sourced from farms globally.
Return brews their Tavern beers in partnership with Crossroads Brewing in Catskill, NY. This production facility is located just a 10 minute drive from their innovation center, barrel-aging facility and beer garden located at 725 State St in downtown Hudson, NY.
