Ingredient spotlight

Rice is an excellent brewing ingredient used traditionally across the globe. In lager, especially it creates a dry, repeatable beer, contributing a uniquely crisp, clean and very refreshing quality. We use a healthy dose of rice along with barley to make this quenching lager.
