This is a hybrid of the standard Return Brewing IPA offerings—in terms of hop strains used, water profile, culture character and bitterness level, it straddles the line between West Coast and modern Hazy styles.
Dappled has a soft but not pillowy texture with mild bitterness and a complex hop bouquet containing notes of ripe tropical fruits, citrus, and pine.
