Ingredient spotlight

The newly introduced Alora hop is the standout here. The Hopsteiner company bred Alora and released it in 2023. Among many lovely qualities, it’s especially desirable for a unique type of hop oil that imparts a bright, zingy ‘super citrus’ aroma and flavor.

Tasting notes

Bright, piercing aroma of yuzu-type citrus, along with background characteristics of pineapple, stonefruit, melon, citrus, and light pine. Highly aromatic. Medium dry, fresh, with significant softness on the palate and high drinkability.
