Piney, old school American hops combined with rich, toasty caramel malts create a robust IPA ideal for wintertime. The featured hops are NYS Cascade from Chimney Bluffs Hoppery in Wolcott, NY, and Centennial from Eric Desmerais and CLS Farms in Moxee, WA.

Distinct fresh pine and caramel on the nose, slightly sticky resinous character, medium body, and some pleasant, lasting bitterness.
