Ingredient spotlight

An extended, 3 hr boil provides a rich, toasty, depth from the complex “Maillard Reactions” which occur during the vigorous boil.

Tasting notes

We prefer a smooth, soft touch in our dark beers with all flavors in harmony. Shadow Line is round in body with some heft, full of complex flavors of toffee, caramel, chocolate, and coffee. Easy to drink and not overly roasty.
